North probably passes, although if light openings are permissable, 1 isn't crazy. But let's pass, East passes too, and South opens 1. West could overcall 2 but probably shouldn't on that suit, so passes, and North bids 1. East passes and South has a difficult rebid - 2 and 2 are reasonable, but leaning to 2. North could then make a 3 game try, and South has help, but South knows he's opposite a passed hand, so it's a bit of a toss-up as to whether South accepts or not.
It turns out that the singleton in South is golden, and lets North get away with only 3 losers - 1, 1, and 1.

East opens 1 and South doubles (or passes, planning to leave this up to North to compete). That might be enough to convince West to just stay quiet, so North bids 3 to show values. East is perfectly comfortable rebidding 3, and that's probably enough for all concerned. It's also possible that South passes, West bids 1, and East jumps to 4 (which he may have done anyway on the other auction as well.)
As long as the defense doesn't help in by not capturing either the K or Q with the A, 9 tricks should be the limit of the hand as declarer loses 2 and 2.

South passes, West passes, and North passes because he mainly does not want a lead. So East gets to open 1NT and West can bid 3 showing 3-1-(45) shape, so East has an easy decision to bid 4. (Failing that agreement, West could use 3 as Puppet Stayman and find the fit that way.)
As it turns out, 5 would not be a bad sacrifice if NS had ever gotten in there because this is making! As long as declarer finds the and finesses the twice, he only needs to lose 1 and 2.

West opens 1 and North doubles for takeout. East passes and South cuebids, which looks like it gets them to 3NT (1 - X - P - 2 // P - 2 - P - 3 // P - 3NT).
But there just aren't 9 tricks here in time - declarer gets 8 tricks in 1, 3, 3, and 1, but then has nothing else to develop and West has nothing but winners left.

North preempts 2, and East passes. South is in a pickle - he has a good hand but no , and also possibly not really good enough to force with 3. So sadly the preempt has caught him, and he passes. West adds nothing, so here we are.
If the defense gets off to the right away, they can get those 3 tricks and then get East a ruff and let declarer play the rest of the out of his hand for 2 more losers. Any other lead probably lets declarer make it if he guesses the .

East passes, South passes, and West opens 1. North overcalls 1, so East doubles, and South just bumps to 2. West is in a bit of a jam - he thought he had extra values, but his K doesn't look good anymore, and he can't be sure partner has , so he passes (or maybe bids 3). North raises to 3, but that looks like it for the auction.
As it happens, North actually has a game here - only losing 1 and 2 when partner's A is the perfect fitting card.

South opens 1 and West probably passes (maybe makes an off-shape double, but that's icky.) North bids 1NT and East passes. South has no where to go from there and if West already doubled, he's done. If West passed the first time, he might double now, and then East could bid 2 (especially at matchpoints and suspecting a flaw for the 1st round pass), and probably buy it there.
So if NS get to play 1NT, declarer should be OK with 4, 1, and at least 2. If EW play 2, they're also OK with losing just 2, 1, and 2.

West passes, North passes, and East opens 1. South passes and West responds 1, so East rebids 1NT with his balanced hand. West doesn't have enough values to bid again, so here we are.
It's true that on this hand EW have missed their 4-4 fit that probably plays better, but have also landed in a perfectly fine contract. The spots add up to a second stopper, so declarer has 2, 2, 3, and 1 - and the defense might even lead , although it's also very possible to lose 6 tricks on the way if the defense does well. (In a contract, declarer would lose 1, 1, and 2 at least - but on the same Q guess.)
