North passes and East preempts 3, so South overcalls 3. West has little to add to that even though she has a decent hand, so it comes to North, who can easily raise to 4.
There’s not much to do about the 1 and 2 losers, so this should be a pretty straightforward board and score.

East and South pass, but West opens 1. North overcalls 1NT since are well-stopped, and East passes. South can’t help much, so it’s up to West to continue to compete, and she may feel that she has a better chance on defense than on offense, so passes. (She might also choose to compete to 2, or East might have bid a non-forcing 2 which leads to South bidding Lebensohl to get to 3, so there are some other possible contracts here.)
In North's 1NT, even when East leads partner’s suit, declarer should be OK here. North comes to 2, 1, 4, and 1 if given the chance, but the defense should get their 6 tricks before the trick is set up.

South has a weird hand but not really suitable for preempting, so instead West opens 1. North overcalls 1 and East doubles. South jumps to 4 and West continues with a conservative 5 (and 6 isn't really all that crazy). North passes and East should now think again about how good her hand is. She’s got a double fit in both minors and now some pretty strong reassurance that partner has few , so her only concern about slam is the suit. If she’s too worried about losers there, she can just correct to 5; if she decides to go for it, then either 6 or 6. NS will have to decide whether to take a sacrifice over that.
But let’s say EW do get to play in a minor - the only loser will be the .

West’s hand is a little off, so he probably passes, and North opens 1. South starts with a 1 bid and North rebids 1NT. Now South tries 2 non-forcing, North corrects to 2, and here we are. (If West had preempted, North can double and East could try 3. South will still pipe up with 3 (just in case he needs to come back and bid 4 later), but that looks like it may end the auction.)
In , declarer loses the top 2, a , and a ruff if the defense can get it in time, but West has to lead (or the A and a switch), which they may very well not.

North and East pass, but South probably opens 1 (hoping partner doesn’t bid 1). West overcalls 1 and now North offers 1NT. East bumps to 2 (or a 3 mixed raise if available) and South passes, so West might just pass, but also might ask for help in . East does indeed have help and an extra trump, so even though she’s a minimum, she should go to game. If East made a mixed raise, that would make it easier for West to consider game as well.
This works out wonderfully, even with both finesses failing. The singletons opposite Aces means declarer just loses the 2 and 1 (although needs to go on a big cross-ruff line of play to do so.)

East passes and South opens 1. West overcalls 1 and North passes. East raises to 2, but South doesn’t really have anything else to contribute, and passes. West is partially interested in game but really has more than one place where she needs help, which is a good sign that she shouldn’t be asking for help, so she passes. As much as NS don’t like letting the opponents play in 2-of-a-bid-and-raised-Major, they just have nowhere to go.
So 2 plays easily for an overtrick - declarer loses 1, 1 on the double hook, and 2. (And actually, if the defense takes their first, they may not get their as declarer sets up pitches, and even more, the defense probably has to lead from the beginning to get that trick!)

South passes and West opens 1 (1NT isn’t terrible, but this hand doesn’t have a rebid problem over 1 - 1NT.) North sits quietly over that with a nasty surprise, but East responds 1. Now West can bid 2 and East will Game Force with 4th Suit Forcing - 3. Now West probably just bids 3NT, and East should just let that go since her suit is likely to be just as many tricks in NT as and partner has bid her short suits.
Today that’s very much the right call because of the mess happening in the suit (means on perfect defense 4 could go down, although it's not easy.) In NT, however, declarer gets 6, 3, and eventually 1 at least (or more accurately, the defense has 3 top minor tricks.)

West opens 1NT and North isn’t vulnerable, so she could show the black suits with whatever conventional call is available to her - let’s say a DONT 2 (not yet specifying , of course.) East just passes that, and South would prefer to play in any other suit than , so asks for partner’s other suit with 2. West doubles that to show actual , and North corrects to 2. But now East has a clue that partner has a real suit, and she has shortness and support, so she may try 3. South might be willing to compete to 3 (but maybe not - not knowing this is a 9-card fit and holding the dubious Q.) But no one’s vulnerable, so sure, 3. It’s very hard for West to bid again now, or East really, so this looks like it may buy it. (It's also possible that North passes originally and then South balances in with the Majors when East passes - and that probably also leads to a contract NS.)
EW could have played 4, but this is definitely better for NS because it can actually be made! It shouldn’t be too hard to finesse West for the Q, so then declarer loses 2, 1, and 1.
